Digital Twin
Understand the equipment. Learn and rehearse the task.

The EON platform
One platform, two products: Digital Twin and Work Loop. The Manufacturing example uses Genesis for rehearsal and Field-IQ for supervised guidance and evidence.

Approved EON benchmark / V30
Legacy simulator creation, with up to ten people.
Genesis authoring, mostly automated.
Field-IQ: start contextual guidance for the task.
EON benchmark messaging, not a measured result on this Manufacturing example. Input preparation, engineering validation, review and release affect total delivery. Thirty seconds refers to starting guidance.
Add only what the task needs
Expert capture with EON Tacit can support source preparation. Assess IQ can support plan-versus-reality review where available. Compound IQ and The Distillery describe the governed improvement layer.
The first Manufacturing workflow has not demonstrated native transfer among all these modules. Confirm the actual functions and any manual handoff during acceptance.
People first / robots through qualification
This first example supports a human operator on inert training equipment. A Robot IQ pathway would require a defined robot, sensing, control interface, task limits, stop conditions and hardware-specific qualification.
No autonomous robot execution, live line control or cross-hardware task transfer is demonstrated here.
